The LIT Lab is a learning design consultancy that offers a full circle of learning solutions, including learning needs analysis, business performance improvement and training solutioning, instructional design expertise, end-to-end learning production, management and deployment, and media services.
Founded in 2015 by two instructional designers with a cumulative experience of over 20 years in the e-learning and training industry, The LIT Lab was born out of three simple values; to always strive to Learn, Innovate and Teach. We are a close-knit and diverse team of highly experienced instructional designers, graphic designers and programmers that consistently strives to deliver effective solutions that support and promote learning in successful organizations across the globe. The LIT Lab is in a unique position to offer specialized expertise to help organizations perform better and in more efficient ways. We are constantly motivated by learning technology and the role learning plays in business transformation and success.
